I AM - movement, awareness and danceI AM is a unique dance and movement workshop module with elements from Indian dance forms, movement methods such as Yoga and Feldenkrais. The program facilitates its participants to generate and develop self-awareness, body and emotional awareness through movement.
In the workshop, various movement exercises will be stimulated through improvisation, balance, rhythm, music, touch and emotional impulses. These exercises are aimed at finding a fluid connection between body, mind and soul, thereby supporting a holistic experience of self. |
