Moving Clowns: clown-theatre & awareness

Moving Clowns” is a series of workshops offering the study of self-awareness through clown-theatre and bodywork. It is an ongoing collaborative project with clown-pedagogue Peter Kaubisch since 2014.
The workshops focus on self-awareness through body-mind centering, with the practices of movement improvisation, dance, Feldenkrais and Yoga, besides a strong element of clowning. Through playful tasks and exercises, we explore different aspects of our 'inner clown', and find unique characteristics to our individual clown figures.
The series has several workshops, each focusing on different aspects of clown-theatre in varying lengths. Presently, it is a regular course offered at the GEA Akademie in Schrems, Waldviertel.
